Kelli and Daniel Segers have designed a business that offers flexible workout programs suitable for everyone’s lifestyle, budget, fitness level and fitness goals.

We first discovered Fitness Blender via their YouTube channel a few years ago when we were seeking at-home workout options for no or little cost.  Fitness Blender provided that and so much more!  Through their website and YouTube channel, there are over 500 videos available  for a variety of workout styles.  If you are looking for strength, HIIT, upper body, core work, lower body, etc. you can find a video that will satisfy your needs.

While the more recently produced videos are of higher quality, all of the videos provide a thorough explanation of how to do each particular move as though you are working directly with a personal trainer.  Most of the earlier videos feature Kelli doing the workout with Daniel narrating in the background.  The narration is especially helpful so you can hear how the move is being described while you are watching Kelli perform the move in the video.

In the more recently produced videos, technological improvements have been made such as a “preview window” demonstrating the upcoming move, as well as a progress bar along the right hand side of the screen so you know how much time is remaining in the workout.

Fitness Blender has an excellent website that allows you to easily search by type of workout, intensity, duration and what type of equipment is needed.  There are many videos that require no equipment, but others require dumbbells, a bench, medicine ball, exercise band or jump rope.  However, with more than 500 videos to choose from, there is always something you can find that will work with what you have at home already.

Another nice feature of Fitness Blender are their FB Programs.  While all of the videos are available for free, if you are looking for a specific calendar to target your goals (i.e. strength training, fat burning, core work) you can purchase a program for less than $20 (most are $14.99) that provides you a set schedule to follow over a 4 or 8-week time frame.  This option is great if you just want to “push play” and not take the time to search which workout to do on any given day.

Fitness Blender also offers recipes and nutritional information.  Just as with the workouts, there is a TON of free content around nutrition.  However, if you are looking for more guidance or structure, they offer e-book meal plans for $24.99 and they have omnivore, vegetarian and vegan options.

In addition to offering a plethora of fitness and nutrition information, Kelli and Daniel are the cutest couple!  They clearly get along beautifully as husband and wife and business partners.  Their dog Loki also comes on set occasionally and you feel as though this sweet family is a close friend of yours.

We highly recommend checking out Fitness Blender as a great at-home workout option!  While there are many fitness videos available online, Fitness Blender offers a well-produced, thoughtful, intentional and safe way to get your fitness on for your In Demand life!
